3 Reports you need to maximize your fundraising

Sure there are the basic LYBNT, and SYBNT reports but what if you could get more details. More nuance.

1. First time donors that gave 335 days ago.

These are your first time donors that are about to lapse. Building a stewardship plan for these donors can ensure they don’t make it to the LYBNT list.

3. Donors that gave some year, didn’t give last year, and gave this year. (Returning donors)

These are donors that used to support your organization but had to take a year or more off. This is a perfect opportunity to welcome them back to the fold.

Most database systems can provide these reports with varying levels of automation. It would be worth your while to get them put on your dashboard.
